Pet portrait Experience

Session Fee - $115

Pet portraits can be done either indoors or outdoors and will take between one and two hours. I have the most experience with dogs, horses, and bearded dragons, however, other types of critters are welcome to take part in a pet portrait session.

Hair and fur should be cleaned prior to the session and have little to no dirt or knots. Eyes should also be free of grime and eye gunk as these kinds of problems are difficult to fix during the editing process. Bandannas or other fabric items that will be worn by your pet should also be clean and as wrinkle free as possible.

Props and special pet toys that you would like to utilize during your pet’s session are encouraged. These items should be clean of grime and free of signs of wear and tear. Small treats are also encouraged.

Last, but not least, is safety. All dogs must be fully vaccinated for Rabies, Canine Hepatitis, Distemper, and Canine Parvovirus. Proof of these vaccinations must also be provided no later than the day of your pet’s session. Failure to provide proof will result in a cancellation of the session or prevent a particular animal from taking part in the session on the scheduled day. Additionally, leashes must be available when the session is being done outdoors. It might not be used, but it is better to have one available and not need it. Leashes can always be removed during the editing process.

All cats must be vaccinated against Rabies as well. Proof of vaccination must also be given by the day of the shoot.

Please feel free to contact me if you are in need of more information. I look forward to doing something special for you and your pet.
